The villa is situated in a beautiful area on a small development of luxury villas, which forms part of the Perola da Lagoa resort. It occupies one of the best positions on the development, with far reaching views over pine forests and across the valley surrounding Obidos Lagoon. The shores of the Lagoon are 5 minutes walk from the villa, and provide warm, safe swimming and sandy beaches . A 5 minute drive and you can be teeing off at one of the world class golf resorts of Praia Del Rey or Bom Sucesso, dining at one of the many restaurants, lazing on the beach or surfing the crashing Atlantic waves.

3 Large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have luxury fittings and bedding.

Coast/Beaches:5 minutes drive to Lagoon beaches. The coastal towns of Peniche (which has a water park), Baleal d'Arelho and Sao Martinho are all within 30 minutes drive. The world class golf resorts of Bom Sucesso and Praia Del Rey are also within 5 minutes drive.

Private swimming pool (6x4m), Garden furniture including ratten sofa suite and luxury loungers. Perola da Lagoa is situated adjacent to a huge pine forest nestling on the edge of the Obidos Lagoon. The lagoon is the largest sea-water lagoon in Portugal.
